Inferno Hot Pilates Class
Inferno Hot Pilates is a mat-based, non-impact class that combines strength training with cardiovascular work for a full body fat burning workout. Using Pilates principles and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) you will sculpt, strengthen and improve your body’s overall appearance…not to mention the benefits it will bring to your Bikram yoga practice! This class is 60 minutes long, heated to 95 degrees with 40% humidity and is designed for all fitness levels.
