Every time I hear someone say you never forget your first Bikram Yoga class I instinctively think back to my first class in 2012. But it wasn’t until a class in early 2013 that I knew I had found something truly wonderful. From then on I made an effort to find my way into the hot room everyday. I grew to love the 90 minutes and what they did for my life. Much of the anxiety and stress I had grown accustomed to dealing with went away. I found myself to be a happier person simply from taking 90 minutes out of my day to attend class. This yoga has changed my life in so many positive ways. I’m eager to tell anyone and everyone the potential Bikram Yoga has to better their lives, mentally and physically.
It was in late 2013 that the thought of attending Teacher Training and becoming a Bikram Yoga teacher first entered my mind. Eventually I decided to attend Fall 2014 Teacher Training in Thailand. Bikram Yoga is what I am most passionate about and ever since I was a young girl my father had told me if you can make a career doing what you’re passionate about you are a lucky person. The moment I got done teaching my first class in December 2014 I knew I had found a job that I truly loved. I feel so blessed to teach each and every student that walks through the studio doors!
